The National Trust for Scotland Foundation USA, Inc. was incorporated as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on March 30, 2000. We are a publicly supported charity governed by a Board of Trustees, whose goals are implemented by paid staff, with ancillary support from volunteers and interns. Federal Employer ID No. 04-3511088.

Libby McKee

Development and Marketing Associate

Libby is responsible for the office’s smooth operation including gift processing, acknowledgement, and database integrity. She works closely with Kirstin and Lisa on strategies to grow donor and membership programs. Libby also implements online marketing campaigns and develops communication content. Before joining our staff, she held positions in marketing, higher education and independent school development. Libby received a B.A. in communication studies from Hamilton College.

Kirstin Bridier

Executive Director

Kirstin is responsible for securing support for the Trust from individual, corporate, and foundation donors in the US. Kirstin, who previously worked at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA), and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, is a graduate of Smith College and holds an M.Sc. in historic preservation from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lisa Bravata

Development Operations Manager

Lisa oversees the development operations of the Foundation including the management of the membership program as well as general donations, media/marketing, and programming partnerships. Lisa holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Jessica Lee

Marketing Communications Intern

Currently studying Graphic Design at the Glasgow School of Art, Jessica is our Marketing and Communications intern from the Saltire Scotland Internship Programme. Wanting to contextualize her creative skills in a working environment whilst working in an organization so close to heart, Jessica is looking forward to help promote, conserve and celebrate Scotland’s heritage, and excited to be involved in overseeing so many developing projects in Scotland, especially the conservation of Hill House back home.

Official Photographer of The Foundation

We are honored to work with UK based photographer David Ross as the official photographer of the NTSUSA. David manages Britain Express, a go-to website for UK history and travel recommendations. In his travels, he has photographed across Scotland including dozens of NTS properties.
